January 20, 2009A short teaser for BETZEFER's forthcoming "10 Fuckin' Years: Live in Tel Aviv" concert DVD can be viewed below. The footage was directed/edited by Noah Shulman for Sleepless City Productions and was shot with six cameras in Tel Aviv, Israel. The November 2008 event celebrated the Israeli metal band's 10-year anniversary and featured appearances by special guests.
BETZEFER recently tapped Warren Riker (DOWN, CYNIC, LAURYN HILL, SANTANA) to produce the band's new album, titled "Freedom to the Slave Makers".
BETZEFER's debut album, "Down Low", was released in 2005 via Roadrunner Records (BETZEFER has since parted ways with the label). The band's energetic brand of metal is being described as a mixture of SEPULTURA and PANTERA and is said to be "packed with aggression."
Prior to issuing "Down Low" through Roadrunner, BETZEFER released three EPs: "Pitz Aachbar" (2000),"Some Tits, But No Bush" (2001) and "New Hate" (2003).
